Center for Nonprofit Resources

The Center for Nonprofit Resources is the Miami Valley's only nonprofit resource center devoted exclusively to nonprofits. The Center is also home to the region's only Volunteer Center, which is celebrating its 55th anniversary in 2003. The Center is devoted to helping nonprofits meet the three challenges cited most often by local executive directors, Board members and funders: raising more money, planning strategically and preparing staff and volunteers for effective leadership. The Center's mission is to strengthen and sustain the nonprofit sector and it accomplishes this mission through public workshops, on-site workshops, coaching, consulting services, public forums, volunteer placement and training. |
